At the initial briefing meeting we were fully informed of the whole process and the difference of going for either auction or tender in a collaborative setting where all exchanges were free to take place. A plan was set in place together over a specific timeline.
The marketing was widespread to capture the most potential buyers and regular open days were held with an extra one just before tender was due to enable all buyers another look. The potential of the land was pointed out to the people enquiring about it. Phone contact was pertinent and detailed from Adrienne to keep us continually informed as to progress.
